To drink Redox Radiance, tip one stick pack into 8 to 12 ounces of water, stir or shake, and drink it within 15 minutes. It turns a deep berry red and tastes like dragon fruit lemonade. You can also mix it into any other liquid except alcohol, which opens up plenty of easy variations.

Try these seven variations, from a plain glass of water to a fruit smoothie. Each uses one stick pack; prepare it when you are ready to drink.

The basics first

Redox Radiance is a plant-based drink mix from ASEA that comes in single-serve stick packs, 30 to a box. It contains no collagen. Each stick has 10 calories, is sweetened with stevia and has no added sugar. Added juice, milk or fruit changes the calories and sugar in your finished drink.

The directions are simple:

  1. Open one stick pack and pour it into a glass or shaker bottle.
  2. Add 8–12 oz (240–350 mL) of liquid. Less liquid gives a stronger flavor; more gives a milder one.
  3. Stir or shake until mixed. Some natural plant ingredients may not fully dissolve, and that’s normal.
  4. Drink the whole serving within 15 minutes.

1. The classic glass

Cold water in a tall glass, one stick, a quick stir. Start here to try the dragon fruit lemonade flavor before adding other ingredients.

Tip: Shake still water and powder in a lidded bottle to mix them. Some particles may remain.

2. Over ice with lemon

Fill a glass with ice, add the mix and 8 oz of cold water, stir, and finish with a lemon wheel. The lemon leans into the lemonade flavor and makes it feel like an afternoon treat.

3. Sparkling spritz

Stir the powder into a splash of still water first so it mixes evenly, then top up with cold sparkling water. Add a few mint leaves or a slice of lime. Pour slowly and stir in an open glass. Do not shake sparkling water in a closed bottle. Use 8–12 oz of liquid in total.

4. Coconut cooler

Mix one stick into 8–12 oz of chilled coconut water instead of plain water. It’s a softer, rounder flavor, great after a walk or a warm afternoon.

5. Berry smoothie

Blend one stick with a handful of frozen raspberries or strawberries, half a banana and about 8 oz of water or a plant-based milk. You’ll get a thick, pink-purple smoothie; drink it right away while it’s cold.

6. Iced herbal tea

Brew a caffeine-free herbal tea such as hibiscus or rooibos, let it cool completely, then measure 8–12 oz, pour it over ice and stir in one stick. The tea adds a gentle floral note.

7. Half-and-half juice mocktail

Mix the stick into 4 oz of water, then top up with 4 oz of pomegranate or cranberry juice and a splash of sparkling water. Serve it in your nicest glass. Keep the total liquid within 8–12 oz and finish within 15 minutes.

Make it part of your day

The easiest way to remember a daily drink is to tie it to something you already do:

  • With breakfast, next to your coffee or tea.
  • After your morning skincare, as the last step of your 5-minute morning routine.
  • As an afternoon break at your desk, over ice.
  • On the go: stick packs are slim and light, so a few fit in a bag, a gym locker or a travel pouch.

  • Do not use it if you have a known ingredient allergy. Ask your doctor if you are unsure.
  • Keep it out of reach of children and store the box somewhere cool and dry.

Common questions

How much water do you mix Redox Radiance with?

One stick pack in 8 to 12 ounces (about 240 to 350 mL) of water. Use less liquid for a stronger flavor and more for a milder one.

Can you mix Redox Radiance with something other than water?

Yes. You can mix it into any liquid except alcohol, so juice, coconut water, iced tea and smoothies all work.

How soon do you need to drink it?

Drink the whole serving within 15 minutes of mixing it.

Why are there small bits that don’t dissolve?

The mix uses natural plant ingredients and no fillers, so some may not fully dissolve. Give it another stir or shake before you drink.

What does Redox Radiance taste like?

It has a dragon fruit lemonade flavor: fruity, lightly sweet (it’s sweetened with stevia) and a little tart.
